换算比例（临床量：非正版量）= 1:1.48马来酸盐

勃林格殷格翰 公司主页提供的成分是:
Afatinib dimaleate is a white to brownish yellow powder, water soluble and hygroscopic, with an empirical formula of C32H33ClFN5O11, and a molecular weight of 718.1 g/mol. GILOTRIF tablets for oral administration are available in 40 mg, 30 mg, or 20 mg of afatinib (equivalent to 59.12 mg, 44.34 mg, or 29.56 mg afatinib dimaleate, respectively).


公司为了增加可溶性, 引入了马来酸盐, 分子量是718.1, 我们经常买到的是游离碱, 分子量是485.94 ,

485.94 :718.1=1:1.48=非正版量:临床量

是我糊涂了吗?
